9. Third-Party Services

The client is responsible for maintaining secure passwords, hosting accounts, administrator accounts, API keys, and other credentials after delivery unless ongoing management is included in the service agreement.
12. Website and App Maintenance
Maintenance services may include updates, bug fixes, security improvements, performance optimization, and technical support as specified in the applicable agreement.
Maintenance does not automatically include new features or major changes unless specifically agreed upon.
13. Client Responsibilities
The client agrees to:
- Provide accurate project information.
- Provide required content on time.
- Review and approve designs or development milestones.
- Provide necessary access and credentials.
- Respond to project-related questions in a reasonable timeframe.
- Make payments according to the agreed schedule.
Client delays may affect the project delivery timeline.
14. Prohibited Use
The client must not use our services to create or operate websites, applications, or digital products that violate applicable laws or third-party rights.
This includes, but is not limited to, content involving fraud, unauthorized access, infringement, illegal activities, or malicious software.
15. Warranty and Bug Fixes
We will make reasonable efforts to correct development-related bugs identified within the agreed support or warranty period.
A bug fix does not include new functionality, design changes, changes caused by third-party services, or modifications made by unauthorized parties.
16. Cancellation
Either party may request cancellation of a project subject to the applicable agreement.
Payments for completed work, approved milestones, non-refundable third-party expenses, licenses, or other committed costs may remain payable.
17. Refunds
Refunds, if applicable, will be handled according to the agreed project proposal or separate Refund Policy.
Work that has already been completed or delivered may not be refundable unless otherwise agreed in writing or required by applicable law.
18. Limitation of Liability

Changes to an individual project will normally be handled according to the applicable project agreement.
